FUTSAL League will have games on the following dates:

December 2, 10

January 6, 13, 20, 27

February 3, 10, 18, 24

By check (check must be received before Day 1 of Futsal League):

$675 for Individual Team (plus $135 Referee Fee) for total of $810

$650 for Sister Teams (plus $135 Referee Fee) for total of $785
